Application of the Decision Support System in the Classification of Eligibility for Covid-19 Social Assistance in Pidie District Using the Naive Bayes Method

Abstract

ABSTRACT 

The Covid-19 pandemic which has spread to almost all corners of the world has affected all aspects of life and one of the areas of greatest concern is the socio-economic sector. There are many Social Assistance (Bansos) distributed either by the government or other private parties. This study aims to create a decision support system for classifying covid-19 social assistance using the Naive Bayes method. Application design using the PHP programming language and mysql database. The results of the implementation of the application can classify the recipients of assistance and make it easier for policy makers to be recipients of social assistance. So that the Naive Bayes method can be applied in determining more predictions and the resulting potential rules to help determine the provision of social assistance.

ABSTRAK

Pandemi Covid-19 yang menyebar hampir ke seluruh penjuru dunia menyebabkan seluruh sendi kehidupan dan salah satu yang paling menjadi perhatian adalah dibidang sosial ekonomi. Banyak terdapat bantuan Sosial (Bansos) yang disalurkan baik oleh pemerintah ataupun pihak swasta lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat sistem pendukung keputusan untuk melakukan klasifikasi bantuan sosial covid-19 menggunakan metode Naive Bayes. Perancangan aplikasi menggunakan Bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database mysql. Hasil implementasi aplikasi dapat mengklasifikasikan para peneriman bantuan dan memudahkan para pengambil kebijakan untuk penerima bantuan social. Sehingga metode Naive Bayes dapat diterapkan dalam menentukan prediksi yang lebih banyak dan potensial aturan yang dihasilkan untuk membantu menentukan pemberian bantuan sosial.
