The existing academic system at the Al Hilal Sigli Islamic College allows students to view and process their study data. These data include information from lecturers and students filling out KHS (Study Result Cards) and KRS (Study Plan Cards). All of these data are still entered by hand. This means that there is no application or digital system that is easily accessible anywhere by students to deal with this problem. The Study Plan Card (KRS) is a routine activity that is always carried out by students to determine which classes and courses to take each semester. This makes the process of filling out the Study Plan Card (KRS) very important for students to smoothly follow the lecture process, as well as the Study Result Card (KHS), which students can view and print at the end of each semester. PTI-Alhilal Sigli's Study (KRS) and Study Result Card (KHS) are web-based online services. This certainly supports the process of filling out the Study Plan Card (KRS) and Study Result Card (KHS). Seeing the problems above, we need a system that is able to overcome them. In this case, another alternative that will be carried out is to utilize Android-based technology. Given current technological advancements, it has a significant impact on the need to access information systems quickly and practically on an Android platform. In its current state of development, the website is quite widely accessed via cellphones or mobile devices.
